This policy applies to independent insurance agents in the US ("users" or "you") who install and use the extension. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling data in compliance with applicable laws and Google's Chrome Web Store policies. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information directly from you, the insurance agent, such as your name, email address, or other identifying details, unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., for support purposes).

However, through the Chrome extension, we facilitate the download and processing of data from insurance carrier systems that you manually log into. This may include personal information about your customers, such as:

Customer name
Address
Driver's license number
Date of birth
Insurance policy number
Other related insurance data necessary for quotes and renewals

This data is collected only when you use the extension to interact with carrier systems, and it is downloaded to enable the functionality of the Atlas dashboard. Collection occurs automatically during your use of the extension for its intended purpose. We do not collect data about your online activity outside of the carrier systems you access via the extension.

All data is handled in accordance with the permissions you grant when installing the extension.

How We Use the Information

We use the collected data solely to provide and improve the Service, including:

Enabling the Atlas dashboard to interact with insurance carrier systems for generating quotes, renewals, and other productivity features.
Helping you work more efficiently with legacy insurance systems.
Analyzing usage patterns (in aggregated, anonymized form) to enhance the extension's performance and features.
